Our Approach

Techno-creatives at the service of people

Our unique experiential learning approach immerses teams in immersive simulations that stimulate reflexive responses from participants. Combined with debriefing sessions, we strike the right balance between action-based phases and feedback and learning phases that add depth to the experience.

What makes this approach different is the way the teams engage with the game. Although the simulation is virtual, what is experienced and felt is real. The participant's experience then becomes an anchor. Finally, the notion of travel invites participants to step outside their everyday lives and immerse themselves in a world that is both engaging and unpredictable.

This experience can be seen not only as an opportunity to boost team cohesion, but also as a way to reveal important keys to organizational dynamics. It is therefore even more relevant when it is part of a skills development process that contributes to having a real impact on team culture. That is why we have partnered with various trainers and experts in organizational development.

The Game Master

A presence that guides the experience without directing it

Throughout the adventure, the game master maintains an active presence at the heart of the immersive experience. They observe, adjust, and evolve the game's progression in order to create conditions conducive to collaboration, exploration, and collective learning.

Present from his computer, he acts as the conductor of the experience: he sets the pace of the sequences, introduces challenges, provokes the unexpected, and supports the group's progress, without ever making decisions for them.

His role is to put the team in the situation.

Photorealistic avatars for better recognition...

Our photorealistic avatars allow participants to immediately recognize themselves in the experience and identify other members of their team.

This visual recognition reinforces presence, communication, and collective engagement. It also adds a particularly humorous touch.

Virtual reality, serving the human experience

Virtual reality allows individuals and teams to immerse themselves in environments where action, interaction, and emotions are at the heart of the experience.

Used as an experiential learning tool, it becomes a powerful lever for observing behaviors, raising awareness, and strengthening group dynamics.

Its advantages in a team context

  • Immersive and engaging scenarios
Unusual contexts that take teams out of their everyday routine and reveal their individual and collective reflexes.
  • Safe environments for experimentation
Test, make mistakes, adjust, and learn without real consequences, in a supportive setting.
  • A powerful driver of emotions and engagement
Even if the situation is simulated, what is experienced and felt is authentic.
  • A catalyst for collaboration and communication
Shared experiences strengthen the sense of belonging and the "we" feeling.
